Withdrawal Policy
Legal Notice: This is a translation of the German withdrawal policy. The German version is legally binding.
Notice Regarding Immediate Access (Commencement of Performance)
BewerbungsFreund is a digital service (online interview training). When purchasing credits, you receive – at your express request – immediate access to premium features and can start training right away. Credits are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
If you choose immediate start at purchase, we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires at your express request. If you withdraw within the withdrawal period, compensation for services already provided is due. The compensation is calculated based on the proportion of trainings/credits already used relative to the total package.
Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
Exercising Your Withdrawal Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
Important Notice for Immediate Start:
If you requested that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires (immediate access), you will not automatically receive a full refund in case of withdrawal, but only the portion for unused credits/trainings. Compensation is due for services already used (see below).
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments you made in connection with the purchase without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which your withdrawal notice is received by us. The same means of payment will be used for the refund as you used for the original transaction; in no event will you be charged any fees for such refund.
Compensation for Immediate Use
If you requested that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, compensation for services provided up to the withdrawal is due in case of withdrawal. At BewerbungsFreund, this corresponds to the proportion of premium trainings/credits already used relative to the total purchased package.
Example: Compensation = Package price × (used credits ÷ total credits in package). The remaining amount will be refunded.
The calculation is proportional; the actual package price paid is the relevant basis (not a fictitious single credit price). Commercial rounding to the nearest cent applies.
Expiry of Withdrawal Right Upon Full Performance
The right of withdrawal expires when we have fully provided the service and you have previously expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full contract performance.
At BewerbungsFreund, the service is fully provided when all premium trainings/credits included in the package have been used.
